I believe in responsible growth—growth that pays for itself, that doesn’t burden our existing residents, and that enhances the quality of life for everyone. We must plan ahead with infrastructure, water conservation, public safety, and recreation in mind. My background in business and development has taught me the value of partnership, transparency, and getting things done efficiently.

Jim Rushton has been a resident of Enoch for nearly a decade and brings a strong background in business, banking, and real estate to his campaign for mayor. Raised in Mesquite, Nevada, and a graduate of Dixie State University in Business Administration, Jim spent years managing teams at Wells Fargo and Zions Bank before returning to his true passion—helping families through real estate.

Now an associate broker with Coldwell Banker, Jim combines local knowledge with practical experience in development, finance, and customer service. As a father of children who’ve attended local schools, he’s deeply invested in Enoch’s future.
